Quality Training Class
Tampa Bay Steel takes great pride in producing quality work to our customers. To ensure this we provide quality training classes to all TBSC employees. Our training classes are not only educational and beneficial but fun at the same time!
Quality PDCA Meeting- Plan Do Check & Act- Employees were given 2 mintues to plan how they were going to build a bridge using only newspaper and duct tape. The bridge had to be strong enough to hold a jug of water on top without breaking. They were then given 5 mintues to build the bridge. We then tested them to see how they held up.
Who says training can't be fun??
