You can depend on our CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Burning to flamecut finished parts to your specifications fast.  Our CNC machining specialists are experienced and dedicated to doing take-offs and drawings using the latest in CAD/CAM software.  In addition, we can use your AutoCAD DXF and DWG files submitted via e-mail.

We have the largest capacity around in CNC burning, having serviced a wide range of industries, including construction, agriculture, trailer manufacturing, utilities, EOM, and fabricator.

CNC Burning Features:

• 4 plasma and 3 flame cutting, 
• 8’ x 40’ through 20’ x 40’
• Up to 1-1/2" stainless, 8" carbon
• Mechanical and flame cut beveling
• Hypotherm Arcwriter – ideal for part identification and/or layouts

Tolerances: Standard/Close

• Up to but not including 3" (+/- 1/8" +/- 1/16")
• 3" and over (+/- 3/16" +/- 1/8")
