Tampa Bay Steel has the expertise and equipment to meet your requirements for processed metal products.  We specialize in custom steel processing, because we know that precision processing done right makes a big difference in your business.  We pride ourselves in bringing you the highest quality metal product with the quickest lead-times.

Our steel processing equipment is extensive.  We have 4 plasma’s and 3 flame cutting machines. The capabilities include mechanical and flame cut beveling, as well as arcwriting.  Sawing is carried out on seven different saws,  with mitre cutting available (see Saw Cutting for more information).  For machining, we use a HAAS VF 7 Vertical Milling Center.  CNC Forming is done on a 400 ton, 14 foot Accurpress, a 250 ton, 12 foot Accurpress and a 100 ton, 10 foot Accurpress.  Two Iron Workers and two Accurshears are also available.  Precision processing is also enhanced by advanced equipment for laser cutting.
