Tampa Bay Steel participated in the Walk to Defeat ALS on March 17, 2012 in support of David McClelland. David is the son of TBSC employee Teri Starford, who was diagnosed in April 2011.

It wasn't your normal company Christmas party Saturday in Tampa. Eighty-five employees of the Tampa Bay Steel Corporation gathered at East Chelsea Baptist Church at 7225 East Chelsea Street to pack up 25,000 meals dry meals made up of rice and grains.

Tampa Bay Steel held a Easter Luncheon on March 31st at 12:30 pm with guest speaker Tony Dungy.

Tampa Bay Steel partnered with Three Strand Cord in an effort to bring relief to Haiti. In a joint effort (half from the employees and half from the company) we contributed a total of $3,250.  100% of all donations were given directly to missionary contacts serving Haiti in an effort to meet the needs of those afflicted.  Thank you to all of those who helped to contribute.

Tampa Bay Steel was a sponsor and attended a luncheon called Empty Bowls to help feed the less fortunate in Tampa.  Click on the link to see the photos we took of the event.
